Bob Cox began his insurance career in 1974. He is a graduate of the Life Underwriter Training Council courses on Personal Insurance, Business Insurance, and Disability Insurance. He is a recipient of the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) professional designations. Bob is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and is a past President of the Oregon Association of Health Underwriters (OAHU).

Carol Dobbs has over 30 years of experience in the employee benefits field. She joined CRG in 1989 as a service representative and in 2000 became a full partner in the firm. Carol's expertise in customer service has earned her many ackolades from clients and colleagues. She also has a background in working with clients that are self funded.

Ruppert and his agency, Group Benefits Design (GBD) merged with Coordinated Resources Group in 2007. GBD will operate as a division of Coordinated Resources Group. Ruppert earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University in 1973. He maintains the following professional designations: RHU, REBC, CLU.
